Production of premium quality veneered, lacquered and laminated decorative products and the construction of reception desks and other complex furniture based on custom designs.
Location details
Their premises: covers an area of 30,000 m2, including production areas, offices and other operating units.
Their warehouse capacity: 5,800 m2 provides space for raw materials and finished products.
Their machine shop: They work in a 3,000 m2, modern machine shop, which provides an ideal environment for efficient and precise production processes.
Their automated yet manu- facturing environment allows them to flexibly handle complex, curved and unique shapes. This approach ensures that we can respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs and always deliver high-quality products. They are also open to design requests during the manufacturing process, ensuring that the final result perfectly matches your vision.
PRODUCTION VOLUME
- For simple installations: 20 units/week of custom furniture can be produced.
- Intricate, veneered and decorated hotel rooms: for the production of 7 complete rooms/week furnishings. These projects involve high-quality, unique furniture that presents complex technical challenges.
It is important to note that for custom-made products, we always determine an individual production time, depending on the complexity of the project!
LARGE-SIZE FURNITURE PRODUCTION
For its projects, DBM Concept collaborates with a market-leading Hungarian manufacturer that has outstanding capacity and experience in the field of small and large-scale furniture production.
It supplies flat-packed (boxed) furniture to one of Germany's largest department store chains, and has been a stable supplier to a New York furniture manufacturing company for over 10 years, delivering 360 m3 of (ready-assembled, packaged) products per week.
This manufacturing partner enables DBM Concept to implement your small and large-volume furniture projects with the highest quality, on time and cost-effectively.

- Production of prefabricated and flat-mounted laminated chipboard and MDF-based cabinet furniture and door fronts.
